Inside: A collection of LECTIN FREE Thanksgiving side dishes to put on your holiday table.

Lectin Free Thanksgiving Side Dishes

I wanted to put together an easy resource for some delicious, lectin free Thanksgiving side dishes that you could feel good about feeding your family this holiday. Just because we avoid certain foods that don’t work well for our bodies doesn’t mean that we should have to give up on wonderful family traditions. It just means we get to create new ways to enjoy meals spent with the ones we love.

I hope you find something delicious here to bring to your family table and please feel free to share some of your favorite meals in the comments so that I can include them in my family celebrations.

My holiday wish for you is a table filled with delicious nourishment, and time spent with loved ones. Cheers to your health!
