What supplements does Dr. Gundry recommend?

We are often asked which supplements we like to use to support our journey to better health. Dr. Gundry has a long list of recommended supplements and I recommend discussing with your doctor to find the best products to support your health. When you are starting a new lifestyle, it can be expensive when you need to completely rebuild your pantry and kitchen with healthier options, and adding on a long list of supplements can be an increased burden. For this reason, I think it might make sense to start with one or two supplements, see how you feel, and add on as needed.

When we started our journey to better health, my doctor recommended Vital Reds. This is the first supplement I took, and Dr. Gundry’s 100% money back guarantee made me feel confident that I could test it out on my body for 90 days and then return it if I wasn’t satisfied.

I’ve been very impressed with the quality of the products I’ve tried, and have recently decided to become an ambassador of these products. This means I’m able to learn about new products and launches, as well as share promotions and sales with my readers from time to time.

I’m often asked which supplements I personally use. I will share them below, but please know that these are the ones that are best suited for me, per what my doctor recommends. I encourage you to find a good doctor that you can trust, and consult with them before taking any supplements.

Vital Reds – Concentrated Polyphenol Blend. I first heard about Vital Reds when my primary care doctor suggested I start taking this supplement to support my heart with a powerful boost from the polyphenols. In addition, I quickly learned that Vital Reds also gave me a boost of energy – I could feel it immediately. It also helped support better digestion. This is one supplement I make sure I take every day. If I miss a day, I can feel it.

Vitamin D3. This was another supplement that was recommended to me by my primary care doc. It’s a good idea to get your vitamin D levels checked as many people suffer from a deficiency.

This one is a great (and affordable) brand of Vitamin D3

Lectin Shield. This is a supplement I only take when I’m not able to control what I’m eating. Eating on the road, at a restaurant, or on vacation often means that you can’t always control what’s on your plate. Lectin Shield helps block lectins and helps prevent flare ups.

If you decide to try one of Dr. Gundry’s supplements, I’d love to hear what you think. Remember, you’ll have 90 days to try the supplement and see how it makes you feel, and if you don’t love it, you can return it and get your money back.

You have pretty much nothing to lose and only good health to gain. If you’re wondering which supplement you should start with, I’d highly recommend Vital Reds.
