How to Make Cauliflower Rice

A simple technique for making cauliflower rice.

Prep Time 5 minutes
Servings 8 1/2 cup servings

Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower

Instructions

  1. Rinse and dry cauliflower and remove outer greens.

  2. If using a box grater, cut cauliflower into 4 large pieces and grate.

    If using a food processor, cut cauliflower into several smaller chunks, and place in your food processor using the grater blade.

  3. Once cauliflower rice has been grated, it's ready to enjoy either raw or cooked! 

  4. Cauliflower rice can now be packed and frozen.

  5. To cook, simply drizzle oil into a skillet, and saute for about 5 minutes and season as desired.
